Horrible experience at Hotel LA. Poor quality of managerial staff. Understaffed at front desk. Coffee shop. Zero experience at managing Large groups. Poor quality of buffet lunch. Mr Dayal, an uncouth, uncultured manager apparently is the reason for this mess at the hotel. People get attracted by cheap rates to this hotel.

I have never met with such rude and unprofessional staff..will never suggest anyone to stay here. Staff is very unprofessional and very rude They stopped us from having breakfast and said the breakfast was not included in our stay and after discussing for half hour they said they had some glitches inside and now we can have our breakfast and no one even apologised.. Felt really insulted and helpless Plz avoid stays here..

This is one of the good hotel climate and services very good one of best hotel Hotel and had a mixed experience. The hotel's location was excellent, offering stunning views of the river and convenient access to the city center. The staff were polite and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
